Railway cargo network should be strengthened by the government<\/h1>\n

Pakistan\u2019s first Fast luggage train is on its way, big news for cargo transporters<\/h2>\n

Pakistan is a big country with multi natural terrains. Flat and plain, plans it has along with rivers and different plateaus. It has hills and mountains. Connectivity of different parts of the country is very good through road and railway network<\/strong><\/a>. Roads are very effective medium to transport people and goods from one place to another place all over the country. Cargo transport uses road networks mostly. Cargo consignees are satisfied by road transportation network to deliver their goods from one place to the other place of the country. It doesn\u2019t mean that train network is not effective and in working but railways are a major source of transportation of goods and cargo.<\/p>\n

New railway routes and carriages will change the cargo transportation scene<\/h3>\n

Pakistan railway is stretching its new routes to different remote areas of the country to facilitate the whole nation. Though passenger trains are working efficiently new cargo routes have their own importance. New cargo routes connect different big markets of the country and at the end, they touch the main dry ports and harbor. New cargo routes would have proved as a new source of cargo life in the country. One-way traffic on railway tracks requires new tracks and carriages and Cargo to Pakistan<\/strong><\/a> through railway is laying new tracks all over the country.<\/p>\n

Government has taken keen interest in this project<\/h3>\n

The government of Pakistan is directly involved in this project with the collaboration of Pakistan railway to facilitate its people. An improvement in railway department is very important.<\/p>\n

Now the government has planned to focus this department. Railway network is the most important carriage network of any country and neglected in Pakistan but now it is first in priorities of the government to settle down each and every matter of railway to give facility to its people.<\/p>\n

Cargo transportation is the main source to generate the revenue for Pak-railways<\/h3>\n

Pak- railway\u2019s spokesman told that cargo transportation through railways is the major source of revenue of the department and the country as well but due to some bad policies in the past, this department went down but now this government has taken keen interest to re-furnish the infrastructure of railway department for the betterment of the economy. Cargo department of Pak- railway<\/strong><\/a> is its big source of income but passenger section is also noteworthy in this connection.<\/p>\n

Business community feels happy by these steps to start new speedy trains for just cargo department<\/h3>\n

New and speedy cargo trains are welcomed by the business community of Pakistan. It is the main source of transportation of goods inland and if it is well managed, it would be beneficial for the economy of the country.\u00a0It is a government department and all revenue will go to the government and finally, the economy of the country will flourish. Road networks are dealt by public or private agencies, so it is not beneficial for government in those sense in which railway department will work.
